Rev. Chambers will be the speaker for the 31^st Ecumenical Mission of Strathcona County.  He taught at Concordia Lutheran Seminary in Edmonton for 17 years.  He has also taught in Ukraine, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam.

For six years, Rev. Stephen worked with a team from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota and the University of Haifa excavating an early Christian church and monastery complex.
