Chair Yoga

Join us for chair yoga on Wednesday mornings @ 10:30 am in the Fellowship Hall.  Each session is $10.00.  For more information contact the church office:  780-467-7377 or email  office@sherwoodparkunitedchurch.ca.  On the first Wednesday of each month, stay for coffee, snacks and fellowship.

All are welcome to drop by the Fellowship Hall at the church. The coffee is on.  The cribbage board is out and there are always people eager to play.  Bring along your crafts or your puzzles, or just come in to visit.  We meet at 9:30 on Thursday mornings and usually finish up about noon.  Hope you can make it!

December 16^th Women’s Group Movie Night

Doors will open at 6:15 with the movie to start shortly after.  Come in whatever you are comfortable wearing. Some of us bring our blanket. We will supply the popcorn and goodies. Bring whatever you wish to drink. The movie is about 1 ½ hr. long.  Invite a friend, a family member, a neighbour.  Hope to see you there!

Sometimes Christmas is not easy.  The hustle and bustle, the music just don’t fit with how you are feeling.

You are invited to find ‘the quiet place’ during this season.  All are welcome to the Blue Christmas service on Saturday, December 21 at 7 pm for a time of quiet, reflection, and space to be present with your feelings.

Come as you are.

Family Christmas Eve Service held on Tuesday, December 24 at 4 pm.  This service is for the families with young children.  All are welcome.  As part of our Christmas tradition, an offering will be taken for No Room in the Inn, with the funds gathered during 2024 going to repair the roof at the YESS centre.

We hope that you can find the time to join us during this service.

Candlelight and Communion Service will be held at Sherwood Park United Church on Christmas Eve, Tuesday, December 24, at 8 pm.
