It’s time to get outdoors to enjoy the fresh air, sunshine, fellowship and get some exercise.

Starting Thursday, March 30th, we will meet in the parking lot at Festival Place at 9:45 and walk, stroll around the lake, or you can do it twice. (weather permitting of course). All walkers are invited, walk at your own pace and then we can enjoy a coffee/tea (if you want) at either Remedy or Morning Brew (the old Common Ground)

Another option for walking is at Ardrossan.  They are having a Senior Walk in the Ardrossan Centre on Mondays and Wednesdays from noon to 2pm. Price is $2.00 and that includes coffee afterwards.
